Jambokula  Complaint

Policy stipulates that customers must inform the company within 10 days of receiving their order if there is an issue with the product, such as it being the wrong item or damaged. Jambokula will cover any shipping costs associated with the complaint and will process a refund for valid complaints within 30 days of receiving notification. Customers are required to contact Jambokula through email or phone before returning any products.

Right of Withdrawal We want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase from us! According to the Consumer Protection Act for distance and home sales, you can return any unused item within 14 days of receiving it. Just make sure it’s unopened and in its original packaging. If you choose to return the item, you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipment to ensure the item returns to us in good condition. Once we receive it and confirm it’s in unchanged condition, we’ll refund your purchase within 30 days. We’ll refund the money to the same account you used to make the payment.

Refund If you need to cancel your purchase, we’ll make sure to refund you as soon as possible, no later than 30 days after we receive your request.
